The objective of this project was to transform an existing 2,000 sq.ft. utilitarian farm building into a guest and entertaining structure. It is a part of a complex that serves as both a horse farm and a primary residence. Shifts in geometry, re-skinning of exterior, and spatial restructuring of the interior, give this once understated edifice a dynamic architectural expression.
