Located in New York City, Gray Partnership was established by Rachael Gray who earned her graduate degree in Architecture from Princeton University. With over 15 years of experience, Rachael previously served at the helm of Work Architecture & Design and Gray, Watt & Partners respectively.

Gray Partnership was founded on the philosophy that excellence in architecture and design is the result of a collaborative approach – the firm strongly believes in open dialogue, transparency.
