ASBURY PARK, USA

This project spans an entire city block from Cookman Avenue to Lake Avenue. It encompasses 173,000 sq. ft. of new and renovated residential space (142 units) and 47,470 sq. ft. of renovated commercial space. Because of its scope, the project plays a significant role in the revitalization of this historic coastal city, rehabilitating existing structures on the Cookman Avenue block and adding residential units above a portion of the commercial spaces. The Lake Avenue block faces a small lake that separates the city from a neighboring historic community and will house new residential buildings.
